Avoid this agency at all costs
I entered into discussions with The Paragon Collective feeling optimistic, especially given their public image and past affiliations with notable brands. However, that optimism quickly turned into regret. The CEO, Alexander Aldea, was one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever dealt with in a business context. His approach was not just aggressive it was manipulative and deeply unsettling. What began as a potential partnership quickly turned into a scam.
Overall, the experience felt exploitative and deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company especially under his leadership
