if you are thinking about working at this company. I strongly advise that you do not do that since the work environment is very toxic and almost bears some resemblance to a cult.
The CEO has openly stated that he does not hire woman, people of color and people with a different sexual preference other than the straight majority.
The sites they host are made and maintained by people who hardly know to code and new features are exclusively third party WordPress plugins.
By riddling a site with plugins updating in the long term will result in conflicts between such plugins. These conflicts go unresolved for a long time because the staff are either unable or unwilling to resolve those issues. Therefore any site made or hosted by these people are not to be trusted with user privacy or decent cybersecurity.
