Horrible. Never show. Never call.
Horrible. Don't show for scheduled repair appointment. Don't answer the phone. Don't return calls when messages left. This is the 2nd time I've scheduled a repair with them in 2 years. I should have known better. They didn't show the last time, but at least they said they were unable to do the work because the only skilled repairman they had was off for extended medical leave. Go elsewhere. Don't believe the positive reviews.
