DPG leased acreage at 22% and paid us the bonus. After selling the lease to Browning, attorneys found that they had the property tied up with a lease at 12.5%. DPG did not need to lease. When I asked about the difference in the 12.5% versus 22%, they made excuses for months before telling me about their mistake. I would not trust anything this company tells you.
