beware of this place !!
Beware!! dont put a loved one here. I wouldnt put a dog here. My husband is currently there and the nurse staff does not respond to the call light, he has waited multiple hours for his pain med. They lost his medicine for prednisone , completely lost it. hes has a few accidents becuause the staff doesnt respond in a timely manner and he couldnt get to the bathroom ... they left the mess on his floor and said houskeeping will have to get it ... a few days later. the staff is lazy and it appears they have switched what should be served for dinner and they serve it at lunch and vice versa. today he got chicken fried steak for lunch and just now served soup and salad for dinner. its always backwards and dinner is cold . i think the kitched staff wants an easy dinner so they can get off work earlier . no one takes accountability and no one escalates annything for improvement. Whomever the director is they are incompetent and shold be fired. Fix this place !! see photo of his dinner tonight broccoli soup a so called salad (a few pieces of lettuce they called caesar salad) HUGE EYE ROLL! AND HIS ICE CREAM SANWHICH WAS MELTED
