I was a visitor to this area, ask stepdaughter to see if she could get appointment for a simple manicure, in 79 years old. I was placed with balding, man who was rude from minute one when he finally came out if the back room. I even asked if He had gone to lunch as I sat for awhile. We were late coming but was told NO problem come on in.
He made issue when I said just a manicure..he acted like he didn't understand..
He started filing, then when he put lotion on, started a not to gentle message pulled on an arthritic thumb and I jumped, HE pushed back his chair, threw arms up in air like he'd been shot, acted rudely telling me, GO wash hands Now..
Left nailpolish on sides of nails, another nail tech cleaned then off after I got out of machine for drying. Was not a good experience..he needs to change if he deals with the public with that attitude.
All other nail techs were lot my friendly with their clients..one male tech passed me and smiled. Hello he said, my tech never even said hello to me.
