I have been to Medusa since it first opened and would never go anywhere else now. The stylists are fantastic; very knowledgeable and will go through any options I am looking at carefully, to make sure I am going to be happy with any changes. I like to change the colours of my hair quite a lot so I am always confident that what I am asking for will work! And I have a beautiful cut every time. It is a pleasure to be in such a lovely calming salon. I have spinal stenosis which causes me some pain and disability, so they ensure that the chair and wash basin are adjusted to ensure that I am comfortable throughout any treatment. That is such a bonus for me, having been to other salons where that is not done and the experience is far less pleasant. Medusa hair is a joy to experience and I look forward to every visit!
