The worst experience ever as work is pending since...

The worst experience ever as work is pending since 11/1/23 and the contractor has not returned our calls to meet instead his daughter Taylor who is extremely disrespectful and is vandalizing the new addition to our home as she has no disregard for our home is still trying to cure defects on our home. They should not be trusted as they are extremely unprofessional and sadly we will contact authorities if this behavior continues as they can not harass and threaten us this way. The more they do the worst it will get for them as no one tolerated illegal and immoral behavior.

Worst experience

We contracted on 11/1/23 and to date the addition is not complete and has many defects. We made the addition to assist my aging other who is 88 with cancer and they took advantage of us in every way. Since last year we have requested to meet or speak with the contractor and he has not to date spoke with us or inspected the horrible work done our home. We were for several weeks without hot water as they took out the existing houses fairly new water heater to replace it with one main one but in February last year we had no hot water. They knew but did not care as all they were interested in was to get their money. Now that we are not paying the last draw as there are many defects they don’t want to cure it and had sent notice of lien and threatening letters to us. They tortured and tormented my mother whose radiation treatment went from once a month to every week. They are unconscionable and immoral.
