Purchased Quintessential herbicide which did not work despite contacting company representatives 4 times and using DuoStick(another of their products) without killing the crabgrass which was identified by my local nursery and cooperative extension. Total cost $100.00) Further, the product is labeled as killing other lawn weeds. Nothing was killed. I asked for a refund and was referred to a distributor. Product does not do what it is labeled to do. very disappointed
