Property Taxes - Do not Use!!!
Our organization has used State Tax Solutions for the past 4 years to file our property taxes in several counties and states. This year was a total bust. I sent all documentation two months prior to property tax returns being due on April 1. I was assured that the property taxes were filed when I called to get a copy on April 15th (by Scott himself.) I then received a notice from one of the counties that they had not received the return. I had to call and tell them that they had not been sent in. I was again reassured that my issues would be resolved. After many attempts at phone calls and e-mails. No one from their office returned the calls. I ended up filing the returns myself - I will never use them again or recommend them to any business. I would give them a zero if I could.
