If i could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to sell my property at 78th and washington for over a year and a half now. No one can buy because exactly ONE patio needs to be fixed in another building. I have been waiting over a year for the management company to choose a contractor to fix the porch before ANYONE can sell. This has lost me 10s of thousands of dollars and I plan to take them to court because of it. Do NOT rent from ANY of their properties unless you want to lose a ridiculous amount of money for their lack of management
