Nice people, I had my whole yard done as the yard was full of weeds. Michael did clear the top layer of old grass. The problem was he never put any weed killer or any (to kill the weeds roots) He did bring in some loam for the front yard. I call him to tell him the was a mess, and the roots of the tree in the back sticking up out of the yard, I told him I didn't have any to cut them with. He never said a word about them. So it cost me $7222.00 for the same yard I had and a water bill of $600.00 due to water twice a day. ( anyone 1 are welcome to come to see my yard
