We bought everything from Bruma for our bathroom and our kitchen: faucets, mixers, accessories... The whole thing cost a fortune, but we thought we were investing in quality. Result ? Total disaster.
➡️ After just a month, all the faucets started to discolor and peel, literally. And it's not due to the water: we have a perfectly functional water softener.
It is simply a very poor quality finish, unworthy of a brand that claims to be high-end.
➡️ Worse still: the resellers let us go without taking any responsibility. “It’s not their problem,” they say.
➡️ My plumber has been hanging around for almost two years, unable or nonchalant to provide any warranty.
Bruma? It's pretty in the window, but it's a nightmare in real life. Non-existent after-sales service, products that don't last, people passing the buck...
Conclusion: don’t invest a cent in them. It’s low-end disguised as luxury. A huge disappointment, a waste of money, and above all a stress that I could have done without.
