The road superintendant improperly installed a drain pipe from the ditch in front of our property across the road and placed it up-stream where th water accumulates and several inches above the base of the ditch so water isn't draining properly and becaome stagnent green sludge , mosquitos nesting and tells me he isn't going to waste Taxpayers $$$ fixing his incompetent mistake and keep telling me ,now for 3 years they will do a survey to see if water drians properly , if and when they feel like it and if the budget allows.We pay over $5000 property taxes and get NOTHING but road clearing in winter and grading but fixing a stupid mistake on the road super intendents is a waste of tax dollars.The man was rude and ignorant when I tried to explain and show the problem ,talking to me like He's my boss when this public servant treated me with disrespect and like i'm stupid and need to bow down to him.
