Disappointed with the rude staff
I had a very disappointing experience at Nabil Bank, Putalisadak branch today. The staff member I interacted with was rude and unhelpful. She used terms I couldn’t comprehend, and instead of explaining clearly, she repeated the same words over and over as if that would somehow help. When I asked for clarification, she became visibly irritated.
I eventually had to call someone else who had previous experience with the bank just to understand what was going on. This is not what I expect from a professional banking service.
Nabil Bank seriously needs to improve staff training in communication and customer support. Basic courtesy and clear explanation go a long way—especially when dealing with clients who are trying to understand banking procedures.
