I am a general contractor who reached out to Kenny Sadler to help finalize a project in Tullahoma. Sadler and Associates were the engineers on a preliminary plat that was approved. As we move forward to finalize plat, I called him for help. He was very rude to me and hung up on me and would not extend me the professional courtesy to answer questions and meet with me. I called back again and he insisted that he would not help me and to not call him again. This was the most unprofessional call I have ever had in my 20+ years in the construction industry.
