BUYER BEWARE
I wish I had read reviews from other sites before we signed our contracts. What the other one star reviews report are 100% accurate. The brothers make excuses, don’t return calls, can’t keep employees, don’t review their subcontractor’s work, and scam you out of money ($80,000 from us). I now realize why they want so much money upfront. They will frustrate you until you no longer want them to return. I have hired an attorney. They need to stop scamming people. They have left me with a disaster. It has been seven months and I need to hire someone to remove the concrete mess they left me with. The slope is supposed to be 2 1/2” but there is a 9” drop. It feels like you are falling forward when you stand on the patio. The form boards are still in the concrete. The rebar is not in the concrete. It is just a matter of time before the whole thing cracks and slides down the slope. Save yourself the hassle and go with another contractor. It has been seven months and this is what it looks like. We signed the contract in October 2024. The pictures are as of the end of May 2025.
