RENTERS BEWARE.
Yes, the building is quiet and clean but renters need to be aware that any major repairs done to the building WILL BE charged to tenants. I've lived here for about 7yrs now and when I moved in they did renovations to the balcony and patios. The unit I am in is a ground floor unit with NO balcony OR patio. They will go threw the Landlord and Tenant Bored and up your rent over the 3% guild lines AND back charge you. They wanted 3 grand from me for renovations that have NOTHING to do with our unit!! We are stuck here because we cannot afford to save to move out because they keep filing for renovations! DO NOT RENT HERE.
