Fair cleaning from a terrible business
The people they have doing the cleaning do a fair job, and they don’t always use proper cleaning products, so we had to re-clean many areas after they left. Also, we found some areas completely missed… even when we were charged for them. They waisted time re-folding towels and tissue dispensers and not cleaning the toilets next to them. So the last three months of the 6 month contract (we never realized we signed up for) we opted to just pay the $49 per month and cleaning our house ourselves. 3 days before the contract was completed my wife logged in to prevent it from auto renewal she received a notice that we would be charged $198.50 for terminating the contract early. This company is a total rip off and they evidently don’t care about training the workers or care about the quality of work completed just how much money they can collect from you. No number to call for assistance either. Save your money and avoid the hassle by staying away from this company.
