Today i had an appointment and was refused pain relief based on the fact that it was not possible for me to attend A&E. I was terrorized with terms such as "you will lose use of your legs" and blackmailed with "if you don't go to A&E you wont receive pain relief".
Absolutely deplorable behavior from a locum Dr who could only hear her own voice and not that of the patient, the reception team were not at all willing to help and kept telling me to call back on Tuesday.
Absolutely dreadful, think I might have to find a new GP as to be refused treatment based on the fact that i could not attend A&E is truly worrying and does not fill me with confidence.
