Out of their depth and have washed their hands of Saxon Fields

I am a genuine owner of a Pentlands Homes house; unlike some of the reviews below that seem to have been written by AI. They were badly out of their depth and overstretched on the development that I am on. No doubt the pandemic didn't help but they clearly had taken on a development beyond their capabilities. Yes, the homes are well-designed but they have abandoned this development. Roads are not finished after 5 years and their management company is an even bigger shambles than Pentland Homes. Perhaps it's fine if you're on one of their smaller developments but I would not trust them to be able deliver anything more complex.
