We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Jessica \[Last Name]. Unfortunately, we did not read the reviews beforehand and now deeply regret that decision. We paid her \$9,000 in good faith, expecting that she would handle our legal matter with professionalism and dedication. Instead, Jessica did absolutely nothing for our case—not a single court appearance, no meaningful updates, no real work at all.
When we raised our concerns and asked for a refund, she flatly refused. It is unacceptable and unethical to take someone’s money without providing any service in return. After reading more reviews, it became clear that we are not alone—this appears to be a pattern of behavior for her.
