WORST company I have ever dealt with. Had an ultrasound 1/2024. About a year ago I started receiving bills from them. I called and PROVED I didn't owe the money, according to my insurance statement The person I talked with agreed I didn't owe the amount and said he would take care of it. I have now been sent to a collection agency for the RIDICULOUS amount of $20.02. I called Radia and they said they had an investigation pending on whether or not I owed the amount but hadn't heard back - but still sent me to collections. Would I like them to start a new investigation? And BTW they can't pull it back from collections. Incompetent, irresponsible company. I just paid the collection company so I am done with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
