Their lack of interest in client satisfaction and feedback appears to be a sign of really poor customer service.
The food taste was average. However, the quantity was insufficient. The engagement event was scheduled for 17th May 2025, at Mazhavil Convention Hall in Mattam, and was supposed to serve lunch for 200 pax Chicken Biriyani along with Pork Kondattam,coin porotta, Vellappam, and 20 pax vegetarian dishes. Nevertheless, there was not enough biriyani rice to serve even 160 people. During the event, guests complained that they were not given the rice they had requested for.When we approached the catering staff on the floor to bring extra rice, their manager didn’t respond favorably.When the catering Manager /Owner(Mr. Sarath) was called over the phone to query about the rice scarcity, he gave a disappointing response, saying he didn't have time to speak because he had to prepare food for another event and disconnected the call.
This shows that we cannot rely on them because their services and dependability are inconsistent. The humiliation we have endured cannot be recovered.
