If I could give zero stars, I would. Incite Tax & Accounting has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing companies I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend checking their BBB (Better Business Bureau) page before doing business with them—something I regret not doing sooner. You'll see exactly what I’m talking about: one-star reviews across the board, and for good reason.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After dealing with a completely unhelpful and unresponsive representative the first time around, I was issued a credit and reassigned to a new rep. I thought things might improve. Spoiler alert: they didn’t.
It’s now been over four weeks of trying to get help—multiple emails, multiple phone calls—and not a single response. No callbacks, no support, no customer service whatsoever. It feels like I went from the frying pan straight into the fire. I was eventually told I was being escalated to their support team. That was 9 days ago, and despite two more emails and two more voicemails, I’ve heard nothing.
This company clearly does not care about its clients once it has your money. If you value your time, sanity, and financial wellbeing, look elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable tax services out there—this isn’t one of them.
