Absolutely dreadful experience at this leisure centre. As someone with autism, I found the environment overwhelming and completely inaccessible—loud, chaotic, and no sensory-friendly accommodations whatsoever. The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. The changing rooms were filthy, with grime and mess everywhere, and the swimming pool was disgusting—there were actual bits of feces floating around, which is unacceptable for a public facility. Avoid this place at all costs; it’s clear they don’t care about their customers or basic hygiene.
