Honestly, I’ve never felt so disrespected by a business. From the moment I called Darin’s Auto Repair, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I was trying to explain the issues with my truck, but the person on the phone rushed me, cut me off, and made it clear they didn’t have the time or patience to listen. It was incredibly frustrating and upsetting.
To make things worse, they promised to come pick up my truck and never showed up — no call, no explanation, nothing. I was left waiting and wondering what was going on. The lack of communication and professionalism was unbelievable.
I left this whole experience feeling ignored, dismissed, and angry. No one should be made to feel that way when they’re just trying to get help. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.
