Debt collection of a more severe kind
The four reviews are somewhat obscure to me and appear rather contrived. The company in question seems to be a privatized collection agency for fines, such as those issued by the city of Florence. The company employs quite rudimentary methods in its attempts to generate revenue. It is difficult to defend oneself against such a company from Germany. I will inform my automobile club (ADAC) about the company's activities. The ADAC has been trying, hopefully successfully, to put an end to such companies throughout Europe for some time now.
