Poor communicator, no results.
Terrible experience. Scott only listened to the upper administration and completely ignored the concerns and input of the actual ED nurses and physicians. I guess that's what you might want in a consultant if you're a manager. But at the end of the day, he stuck around for over a year and went through many iterations of his master plan without any real, sustained results or improvement in ED throughput. Glad he's gone. Now we just have to recover.
