Horrible experience. Spa Heaven manager and staff were rude, argumentative, and completely unwilling to accommodate a timing change, despite my repeated explanations about personal circumstances and the distance I needed to travel. The entire interaction was very unprofessional and unpleasant. The merchant even claimed that Groupon had blocked me from using the service, which was upsetting. I kindly request that this dispute be escalated for further review.
