My husband saw Dr Riggs as a new primary care dr for annual visit at VA. We were very impressed and extremely happy with the visit. He was very knowledgeable, covered everything thoroughly, addressed all my husbands concerns. He brought up issues that we hadn’t even thought of. Listened carefully to everything my husband was concerned about. We felt no rush at all during visit. Best dr he’s had at VA (we love the VA) since he’s been using them, about 15 yrs. Highly recommend!
