I purchased a JC Wings 737-800 from First Class Collectables in April 2025. The box was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap but one of the engines was broken off the wing.
I emailed them to request a refund but received no response.
So I would advise against doing any business with "First Class Collectables"
