Insight Strategies (Scott Adler) has single handedly been an instigating factor in the disruption and negative impact on patient safety and patient satisfaction at the expense of promoting his company. Without a doubt one of the most arrogant and unprofessional consultants I have ever met. He is degrading to physicians while elevating himself in the face of CEO who care more about the bottom line than safety for patients.
