We were basically forced to use this service and it's $70 a month for about 300/120Mbps when we were paying for $60 a month for 1000/1000Mbps with Xfinity. The routers pre-installed in the apartment is located at the one end of the unit so the bedroom farthest from the router gets only 1-3Mbps.
I would give this 0 stars but it doesn't want to accept zero stars.
