Rancho Management has consistently demonstrated a lack of transparency, fairness, and accountability in how they manage our strata.
They appear to collude with certain strata council members, pushing through decisions and elections without proper oversight. Election results are not announced at the end of AGMs and concerns from owners are either ignored or met with vague, dismissive replies.
Their handling of financial documents and project invoices has raised serious red flags, and any attempt to question them is met with hostility. I've also witnessed selective enforcement of bylaws and targeted harassment by management, which is completely unacceptable in a shared residential community.
If you are a potential owner, tenant, or council member considering working with Rancho — think twice. You deserve a property manager that respects transparency, follows procedure, and treats residents equally.
