I bought an LS tractor from The Tractor Place of New Hampshire in November of 2023. A few months later, in February 2024, I needed warranty service and it took several attempts to reach Ed before I finally got a response; and then an additional two weeks before he acted on it - and this is after having paid extra for their 'customer hotline' service when we bought the tractor. Waste of money. A little over a year later, my now 18 month old tractor needed service again. Same problem - no response from Ed until I made my 3rd attempt and asked if he was purposely ignoring me. I got a response and promises to get me info on what parts to order since attachments only have a year warranty. Three weeks later I haven't gotten any further info from him, but did find another LS dealer who helped me resolve the problem.
I'd now give LS tractors about three stars out of five and the Tractor Place of New Hampshire a solid one star.
