Clearly worst experience at Dolphin village resturant. The staff was unresponsive, and I had to wait 30 minutes just to get water. When drinks order and we were informed kitchen is closed 10:30pm - Without informing us for any last order requests. We asked to speak to a manager, but no one followed up. It felt like they didn’t care about customer feedback. We felt ignored and frustrated. This was not the level of service we expected and we paid our bills and left to have dinner outside - What a shame!!!
