Scummy people
I cancelled a booking I had with them and I accepted to pay the penalties they said would be necessary as a result of the cancellation. The thing is I had to pay a couple months in advance to book the accommodation, after cancelling and paying the penalty I should be returned the money leftover. However, these people have not done anything or given me any update for the past 8 months about where my money is or if they'll even return it back. I've called them and emailed them several times and yet I've still receive no news on this. I hope I can defer some people from working with these scummy people. Be warned, if you don't work for their plan of making money of you, they'll treat you like you don't exist.
