It took 49 days on a 10 day cash sale. Numerous trips to find nobody at the office during working hours. Office closed up on a day that’s not a holiday. Finally we reach the day after numerous attempts only to hear the say- we can’t reach the buyer but you sign. It was agreed buyer pays closing costs, yet they pinned it all on seller. We refused to sign and within 10 minutes of leaving they reach the buyer who cancels. I firmly believe this Title company was part of a scam. I would not EVER recommend.
