stay away from these people, ordered a nuck from them, the queen box was just floating around in the nuck of bees, wasn't even attached to the holding line, 1/4 of the bees were dead,stapled the queen box back onto the tether line, and put her into the hive, added the rest of the bees, set up feeders for them, water bin, and within 20 hours the bee's free the queen, way to early, she should have been in that box for at least 4-5 days not 20 hours, so the workers could build comb to keep her busy when she escaped from the cage, I tryed to explain to them that I believe the candy stopper wasn't enough to keep her locked in the cage for the 4-5 days needed for the bee's to ready the hive for the queen, all i got from ellisibeth was, we are not responsible for the queen leaving, been doing this for 20 yrs and never ever had this issue, i believe the candy stopper was insufficent to keep her in the hive for the proper time period, I called them and they just said, not our problem, I would recommend never do business with these people ever, send a sub pare queen cage, I am pissed at these people, no offer to help with replacement or even a discount on replacement, or even offering a new nuck at cost, just a reply, its not our fault, they like your money, but that's about it, also left a review on yelp, and there rating isnt that good at all, should of done better research on good bee sellers that stand behind what they sell
