I hired a bartender and general helper from Party Host Helpers to assist with my daughter's graduation party. They did an excellent job - made drinks, chatted with guests, cleared trash, cleaned everything up. They left my backyard and kitchen cleaner then before the party started. I referred them to my company and now we use them for our corporate event registration staff.
