Very Rude and Unprofessional
If I could give the NO stars, I would. This past summer I contacted Love Sanitation to schedule an appointment for a septic clean out. The lady that answered the phone was not only rude, but she seemed annoyed that I was calling on a Friday afternoon at 2:00 pm to schedule a service and told me to call back on Monday. I did not. It turned out, I needed additional services, so due to her lack of attention, another company made that $3000. Yesterday, I called them again, thinking maybe she just had a bad day. She answered the phone in such an unprofessional manner, I thought I had the wrong number. She was very rude and snappy to me on the phone. I could hear her and another person speaking, all the while she is on the phone with me. Again, rude and unprofessional. It got to the point where I was just about fed up with her nastiness. I advised her to forget that I called and that I was not happy with her attitude. Today, I will call someone else again! Let this be a lesson, unless you want your business to go under, get rid of the Cruella in the office answering your phones.
