BUYER BEWARE!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I just received an order from Rebundle. I wanted to not only support a black owned business, but to less toxic chemicals that's found in synthetic hair. I was expecting the hair to feel, look, and smell better. I was extremely disappointed. It doesn't look like hair, its sticky and greasy to the touch, and the smell is horrible. I wanted to to request a refund, but its not offered. My stylist won't use it because of its texture.
The refund policy doesn't show until AFTER you've made a purchase. It says they don't accept refunds because of sanitary and health reasons? Even stores allow a customer to return perishables if its bad. Nonetheless, I will continue to request to return the remaining boxes that I did not open for a refund. I'll keep you posted.
As a backup, you may want to try GYAL BRAIDS. Another black owned company, and their hair looks and feel much more like hair. Although its not plant based, its hypo allergenic. And they have a 30 day refund policy. That's how all business should run.
