When I started as a loan originator a year ago, I attended the Loan Officer's Breakfast Club meeting online and one thing that jumped out at me was that many of the 500+ loan originators on the call had been in the business for 15 or more years. If they need help, I knew I was in the right place. I have consistently attended since and am learning each and every time new ways of becoming an excellent originator. This is my morning pickup! My stimulus in the morning. Then I get coffee!
