I had been working with this company on a glass-related project and referred my customer to them, expecting a professional and trustworthy relationship. However, instead of going through me as the general contractor, they contacted my customer directly and issued them an invoice. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and basic understanding of how to do business. I would advise future clients to be cautious when working with them.
