Useless company

I am a council Tenant in Essex who has their assisted gardening service provided by Idverde. Unprofessional
company. They come and wave a strimer around barely
touching the grass. The lawns look terrible. Last week they
came and did the back lawn badly then did one of the front lawns badly. They then did a small strip of the other front
lawn and left the rest of it undone. They disappeared about
2pm and have not been back.
