Tile cement not drying
We retiled a shower for a customer more than a month ago. The customer is now complaining that there is a white milky substance coming from the tiles, and the grouting is coming out. We used the Cemix super tile bond premixed WHITE tile cement. It has never dried, and now I sit with the cost of redoing the shower at my expense because of an inferior product. I am not a fan of Cemix anymore. I cannot access their webpage to lay a complaint.
