Worst experience I've EVER had with ANY medical office:
1. Took OVER 2 months to get first appointment.
2. Completed all the usual forms on their website prior to visit. Somehow, they got WRONG birth date for me in their computer.
3. Then I was told that my AETNA Dental Plan would not cover ANY of their services. Somehow (again) they had wrong AETNA account number.
4. Then they told me I must make a $60 copay. I knew that was also WRONG so had to phone AETNA and their office again to get that corrected.
5. Instead of refunding $57 to my credit card (I got $3 discount for copay prepay), they said I had to accept a refund check from their office.
6. They promised to phone a prescription into my pharmacy on April 24. I went to pharmacy on April 25, no prescription was there.
7. Drove to dental office April 25 for $57 check. Now my bank says the check is unacceptable to deposit for some reason!
8. May 1, I spoke with Dr. Villamayor. Turns out that she was not the dentist who saw me on my first visit, despite a note in my file that said I wanted to see ONLY her so add this front office mistake to the list.
9. Mistakes happen to all of us and I believe in 2nd chances so I will see Dr. Villamayor on May 21 and possibly update this review to 5 stars then.
