He was also unwilling to do much of the work to parse documents or records sent to him--I felt like I was basically doing most of my tax return myself. Only thing is he totally missed a super important detail of my tax residency status which you would think as someone specialising in Australian expats in America would be all over?? This caused me to have some back and forth with the IRS. recently When I wrote to him to complain, he told me it was "eight years ago," as if I should get over it. But I thought that's why you hired professionals like Glenn, because these problems tend to surface down the road? Do not recommend.
