Army Veteran/Bad Employee
I spoke with a Stan Thomas on 4/30/2025. I asked this representative if I could come in with my son's bank statement because his past due balance was not adding up. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. He made laughing comments and said that since my son paid in money orders and laughed more so by saying it will never be tracked so basically chalk it up. I think it is a disgrace that an Army Veteran is being treated badly and ripped off by someone who clearly is not doing the accounting right. At the begging of the pre-recording, it says the phone conversation is being recorded. I ask that the owner please listen to how degrading this representative was.
